  • You may receive a replacement item or a refund, depending on stock availability

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method

  • Please allow a few working days for the refund to be completed, depending on your payment provider


4. Return Shipping

  • If a return is required, we will provide instructions accordingly

  • Return shipping costs may be covered by us if the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective
