All products sold on this website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be fully paid before processing. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared accordingly. 

For personalized items, please ensure that all details (e.g., name, spelling, design selection) are accurate before checkout, as changes may not be possible after order confirmation.

3. Personalized Products

Personalized items are specially made based on your request. Therefore:

  • No return, exchange, or refund will be accepted for personalized products.

  • We are not responsible for errors provided by customers (e.g., incorrect spelling, wrong design selection).

4. Refund & Return Policy

We only accept refunds or replacements under the following condition:

  • The item received is damaged or defective.

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Clear photo/video proof of the damaged product must be provided.

If approved:

  • A replacement or refund will be arranged accordingly.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

5. Shipping

Domestic shipping will take around 2 to 4 days while international shipping will take around 5 to 10 days. We aim to process and ship orders within the stated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services. 

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Services at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
